The timing could not have been more apt than the winter of 2008-09. The global economies were in the midst of a severe financial meltdown and there were new challenges ahead for the future of globalized financial markets. It was against this backdrop the Future of Financial Markets Leadership Summit (FOFM 2009) was held in the quite environs of Goa in January 2009.

The Summit provided a platform for financial market experts, industry leaders, visionaries from government regulatory bodies and senior editors of the international and Indian media fraternity to deliberate upon the possible strategies to re-design the Future of Financial Markets. The Summit was also an opportunity to showcase Financial Technologies Group’s vision, its exchange network and ecosystem ventures.
